I was dx'd by a general practitioner as having variocele (aka "bag o' worms"). My question is, can a hernia be misdiagnosed as this. I've had a small amount of pain in my upper groin lower abdomen for years now along with a multitude of other symptoms (lightheadedness, dizziness, fatigue).

I had an abdominal ultrasound a couple yrs ago, but it seemed that they were not looking much lower than my belly button. I'm not even sure if a hernia would show up on ultrasound.

Hi, I need some help here every one. I am contributing into my 401k but recently i find out that Islamic principles require that investors share in profit and loss, that they receive no usury or interest, and that they do not invest in a business that is not permitted by Islamic principles. Some of the businesses not permitted are liquor, wine, casinos, pornography, insurance, gambling, pork processing, and interest-based banks or finance associations.

The Funds do not make any investments that pay interest. In accordance with Islamic principles, the Funds shall not purchase bonds, debentures, or other interest paying obligations of indebtedness. Now i would like to take hardship on my 401K and put int funds that are designed for Muslim or if you have any idea please let me know.

THanks-

Saw a news paper ad some 40 years ago, if I recall correctly the name of the product is called DAVIS BELT, made in USA. It is a safety belt for swimming made with strong rubber (in flatten tube form) with a small CO2 tank in front concealed behind the buckle. In an emergency situation, just press down the CO2 cartridge against a pin installed with the belt; the tip of the CO2 cartridge will be punched open and air will inflate the rubber belt to become a floating ring device around the chest. One can wear this device aboard sea vessel, swimming or in any water sports without people noticing that you are wearing it. Maybe there better device that are in the market today.

I'm an 18 year old girl and me and 10 of my friends want to go to myrtle beach this summer. June actually and I wanted to know if there are ANY of you who know of any good hotels that most young people would go to. (And when I mean young I don't mean 30. More like 17-21 years old.)
What type of hotel would you recommend for a group of 11 teenagers, (ages 17-19) to go to..that's right on a beach, near great shopping, and restaurants. We'll all from New York, so that's like a 12 hour drive. So we want our 12 hour drive to be well worth it. We're looking for 3,4, even 5 star hotels! So any advice?!?!?!? Write it all down. The answer that I find the best will be stared, and who knows maybe YOU can join us! :) (just kidding but no...the advice would be greatly appreciated!) Thank You.

Hotel front desk manager requires us to wear a white top with a scarf wrapped around and tied in a floppy bow and a red vest and skirt. This is a new uniform as of Monday. Does this sound old school or is this a new fashion?

You have rosebushes on a fence around your yard. You have five rosebushes, but you only have six roses on all the bushes. You walk out your front door to see a schoolgirl picking the 4th of 6 roses--she says they're for her teacher. What do you do? Just curious...

Millions of Americans grew up in families where every generation has served & will continue to serve our country. These people never complain or doubt the current administration. They don't find fault and try to divide the people, and never put-down the USA.
They are MORE THAN PROUD to be an AMERICAN.

Ok so I'm redoing my room and I'm having the hardest time finding curtains. Everything is either too long, too boring, or just ugly. I'm looking for an aqua sheer curtain.
I've already looked at
-Target
-Sears
-JC Penny
-Bed Bath and Beyond
-Linens and Things

Where should I look now?

Your boss wants to send a brief email message welcoming employees recently transferred to your department from your Hong Kong branch. They all speak English, but your boss asks you to review his message for clarity. What would you suggest your boss change in the following email message, and why? Would you consider this message to be audience centered? Why or why not? Revise the email so that it follows effective communication guidelines.

"I wanted to welcome you ASAP to our little family here in the States. It's high time we shook hands in person and not just across the sea. I'm pleased as punch about getting to know you all, and I for one will do my level best to sell you on America."

After researching cultural differences between the United States and Hong Kong, what advice would you give your boss?

Q: Jim spends 28% on housing, 15% on food, 11% on clothing, 15% on transportation, 11% on education, 7% on recreation, and saves the balance. If the savings are $266.50 per month, what are his monthly earnings?

I'm thinking that I add the different percentages and divide $266.50 by the result. Am I right?

Hey, I'm a Christian, I've got a question, I think I already know the answer, but I'm just double checking....I know that it's wrong to have sex before marriage, but what about "external sex"? Y'know, when you still have your clothes on? (is this making any sense?) My bf and I sometimes feel like it's just too long to wait until marriage...I won't have real sex before marriage, as it goes against Biblical principles, but is "external sex" under the same doctrine?
