I've noticed loads of times that when i hear or think of something inspirational , i get the chills
the hair on my head seems to blow up and i get a really happy feeling.
could someone tell me about this please?

Like other feelings, this one pre-dates even our ability to speak. The cave men had it! They were just better at listening to it - more tuned in.

That feeling is there to encourage you to seek out more experiences like this because the experience is good for you. It actually contributes to your health. It's essentially the opposite of the stress reaction of fight or flight. You want to stay in that feeling and it's wonderful for your health to stay in it as long and as often as possible.

Studies are still being conducted, but here are some interesting insights regarding music and "the chills." Enjoy!

totally me too. im inspired by music and when ever i like hear notes that goes so well together i get chills. or if i find good theme music for anything i get chills. i guess we just get excited or something.

Your lucky. When I hear stuff like that I don't care either way. Just don't fall for everything because people will take advantage of you.
