CRT is the big monitors used in the past. TFT is used with example cell phones screens.
Of course TFT is better as it is thinner.

No TFT matches the performance of the highest quality CRT, however, for the vast majority of home PC users its performance is more than adequate.
A TFT saves energy, lasts longer & uses less desk space.

Hi. For general use I think the LCD (tft), but for fussy photo work the CRT has more accurate color.
