Why do we need limits?

Everyone sets limits on everything why cant we just watch tv or listen to the radio or play in the computer till we are blue in the face

Setting limits is s necessary part of growing up, Parents job is to decide what their children should see and do.

You can.....if you've got all the money in the world I guess. How do you expect to pay rent, pay for food, etc., if that is all you do?
