Ok so I'm redoing my room and I'm having the hardest time finding curtains. Everything is either too long, too boring, or just ugly. I'm looking for an aqua sheer curtain.
I've already looked at
-Target
-Sears
-JC Penny
-Bed Bath and Beyond
-Linens and Things

Where should I look now?

sis,
this is exactly why some people learn to sew! but if you cant, (like me)
go to a fabric store any way. find what you are looking for. find a fabric you love, love ,LOVE !!!!
buy the material 4 inches longer than you need. buy some washable liquid fabric glue(there are many kinds ask the sales lady)
fold the top of the material over 1 inch and glue the whole thing all.....................the way across .
This is where your curtain rod will go thru.
Then do the bottom all..........................the way across.
This will be your hem.
Congratulations!! you have just made your first designer curtains!
usually you would want to get at least 2 of per window maybe more if you want them "bunchy " looking!

Try Country Curtains @ www.countrycurtains.com. You can sign up for a free catalog online also. They also sell rugs, chair cushions, bedding ensembles, curtain rods, etc.

Have you thought about sewing your own? You are just making a panel with a pocket for a curtain rod. It is pretty simple.

Make them yourself! You'll have much better luck finding the color and type of fabric you want if you go to a fabric store. Once you find the fabric you can buy a pattern. If you make them, they'll be unique and completely you! Good luck!
