I need to add mail merge as an addiontal feature on my access database. However i dont really know anything about it. What does it do?
I have made an attemp to create my own mail merge however it was rather unsuccessful.
What i dont understand is, what is being merged?
I thought that it merges your spreadsheet data or just data within your database. But that wasnt the case.
all i got were the fields of my database.
Im am not entirly sure but i am think that it only takes in certain information stored from your database. Like, my staff details. It will take the name and staff details and attach these to my letter or such. This is just my thought, but is this what the process actully does???
Also, if its incorrect can someone please indicate on how i can create a mail merge appropriatly

My boss says that nobody ever really goes by salary.com, or at least small companies do not. I really think she is saying that to justify not paying the employees what they are worth. If anyone has the time, can they look up what they are supposed to be earning on Salary.com and see if they are within the range given? That will give me a better idea if my boss is full of it. I'm wanting to buy a house in Southsea, Portsmouth. I have a £7k deposit which for the price of houses around here is only classed as 5%. Are there any schemes that anyone knows of that could help me get another £7k as i've been told i can definately get a mortgage if i have a 10% deposit?

My credit rating is bad so a loan is out of the question unless you know of any specialists!

I know I have OCD and I don't know if this is the cause of the problem I'm going to describe.

I'm schooling now, and I know that when people think they've screwed up a test, they get upset and maybe shed some tears over it. But eventually, they snap out of it. In my case, it's like I'll keep worrying about the test to no end, and then I'll find even more mistakes (which sometimes may not even have existed) and I have to keep talking myself out of this mild depression I go into whenever I feel I've done bad on a test/ exam or just something I want.

For instance, I had a chemistry practical test two weeks ago, and for a whole week, I wouldn't stop worrying about it. In fact, I had to keep talking myself out of the depressed mood I'd go into, and eventually it became like a mantra whereI had to reassure myself that things would work out fine.

My friends all find me very stressed whenever certain important things roll around. It's like I just can't snap out if it.

as i said my daughter is 5 but she thinks she is "miss thing". i know it is my little girl i am talking about but some days she tends to be a real nasty b*tch. she speaks to me like i am nothing if i tell her to do something she tells me flat out NO, she doesn't listen if you moan with her she sticks her tongue out and pull faces at you.
this has only started recently and she doesn't do it always.

so i'm a girl from lithuania (from europe) and i have ordered proactiv from a friend from USA i'm using it about for a 4 month, i heard that when people stop using proactiv their skin get worse. before using proactiv i had acne sometimes a lot sometimes few pimples. now when i'm using proactiv they are gone, but i'm afraid to stop using it. but it is quite expensive to send me proactiv from USA to lithuania and i don't want to use it all my life. so is it true that when you stop using proactiv you have a lot of problems? please help me because i'm feeling dependent on proactiv :(
