What is the best way to put wheels from a 2006 ram 2500 onto a 1993 ram W250?

Irealize studs will need to go to 9/16 . Are adapters safe?

they wont just match up
you have to change the hub to match the lug pattern

they should bolt right up, 8 lug is 8 lug for dodges and chevies.

if not you might just have to swap out the studs, not a big deal, just time consuming.
