You know I have a 15 page paper due Thursday and I still haven't started it. Yet it means nothing (and that's from experience, I'm finishing my BA and heading for an MA/PhD). Start reading your notes without stressing too much, and then focus on the parts you feel are important.
It's a problem we all get, that's part of student life... the more you wait the more you're afraid to actually start. But don't worry, you till have lots of time :o) And if you had started studying before it wouldn't be fresh in your head...
I usually do better if I don't start too much in advance...
You can do it!

If you are not unable to concentrate, may be you have to solve another problem which is important than your studies then your mind will always give preference to that problem which will be important than your exam if this is not the case you may not be interested in the subject that will cause poor concentration on that subject.if this is the case try autosuggestion .close your eyes take deep breath 10to 20 times slowly concentrating on the breathe after you have relaxed say to your self "this subject interests me .my interest in this subject is getting better and better "this will do
along with that do anuloma-viloma and brahmari pranayams starting with 5 minutes increases to 15to 20 minutes with one week .this will improve your concerntration and memory by supplying more blood and oxygen to the brain .you can learn that by visitng website www,divyayoga.com or any other website .this is a simple pranayam any body can do .
try to study in the morning
best wishes for your exams.

Go up to the library and put your self in a corner where no one is leave cell phones and everything else that may distract you in the car or where ever. Make yourself realize how important these exams actually are.

Get off the computer, sit down and study, its not that difficult, set a goal on what you want to cover and review, and DONT GET UP until you have finished that. You may suffer from ADD or ADHD, but you can do this, just decide your going to and sit down and do it.

Try writing out a schedule for yourself. Also make sure you allow yourself time for breaks to just watch TV or listen to music and chill for like a half hour so that you dont burn out.

well if you really want to focus on your studies, you should make a schedule for the things you should do, and don't forget to include studying in it!
