How do I start IT Business? I have not any source for getting IT work. How do I get this IT work?

Can I get IT work form foreign Company?
What steps must I follow to reach there?

I am Software Engineer from India.
I have 3 years of Experience.
I have experience of VB, VBS, SQL Server 2000 and MS.NET.

I can only answer for how I did it in the US. In the US we have "temporary agencies", which are companies that find you part-time or short term jobs. Companies that are looking for someone just long enough to develop a small database, or help with a computer refresh project or similar work. It is often for 2-6 weeks then the job ends.

But by taking those kinds of jobs I can show my skills to the companies, and then invite them to contact me personally should they need additional work done. (They can hire me cheaper then they can pay a temporary agency to hire me - and I get all the money)

Over about a three year period I build up enough small companies that need my help part time to be able to make a decent living doing it. Have been doing IT work for over 15 years now.
