This question is the wrong way round!
Parents of girls and the girls themselves should be DEMANDING to get this vaccination.
Why wouldn't you want it?
If something so simple can prevent cancer, why wouldn't you want it?
If I had a daughter, I'd be moving heaven and earth to get it for her. If it becomes available for mature women, I will get it for me.
It isn't an invitation for the girls to become prematurely sexually active. It's just best for it to be administered before girls become exposed to the HPV.
As a breast-cancer survivor, who didn't fall into any of the risk categories, I am overjoyed that there is help and hope to avoid cervical cancer (HPV is implicated in its occurence). Now if they could just find something to prevent breast cancer ...
The government is doing the right thing - be grateful that in this one issue at least, they have your well-being and best interests at heart.
Besides, think of this scenario:
Years down the track, your daughter finds she has cervical cancer. There is evidence of a prior HPV infection.
She sues you for NOT providing that vaccination for her!
She wins - it's a pre-known risk with a suitable, available side-effect-free prevention.
You're now broke; sadly, she's succumbed to her disease.

Im not sure what country mistery lives in but if your child is going to a public or even private school they are required to have certain vaccinations here in the US at least in all the states I have been stationed/lived in.
Can the government require vaccinations yes, but the problem with this one is the cost. Since there is a large % of people in the US without healthcare, some 80% if i remember right, then they shouldn't require it unless they want to give the shots for free.
There are really multiple sides to this. You have a corporation whos out to make money. You have the government who's supposed best interest is the people. You have parents who want the vaccine for their children. Then you have the parents who are nut cases that dont want to have any vaccines in their children so they can witness another pandemic of pollio outbreaks etc.

it will be lined with the different vaccines little ones could get (small pox, polio, tb, etc). human beings opt for to comprehend that very almost all those who's sexually lively receives between the HPV's interior of their lifetime. Even condoms aren't from now on 100% effected antagonistic to HPV. The HPV protects again the 4 maximum common kinds besides the indisputable fact that the lady, if she turns into sexually lively, will nonetheless get easily one of the different HPV's which aren't from now on lined interior the vaccine. that is really unavoidable.

I don't think the government should make it mandatory but I do think they should make it available at no cost. It's very expensive just for one shot here (Canada) its around 400 dollars and you need to have more than one shot for full vaccination. It prevents HPV which we all are aware gives girls with family history an increased chance of developing cervical cancer. Vaccines should be made available if the person chooses to be vaccinated.
