I ran into some problems a year ago and have bad credit. I am now working to fix it and can now afford the payments for a new bike. Anyone know where I can get a legit loan to buy one with my past credit problems. Thanks in advance for the help.

There is a list of companies that may be able to provide loans to people with less than ideal credit at this site:

I have my bike for sale its an 03 Yamaha YZF 600 R silver and black, 7800 miles, $4800.00, email for pics if your interested. I live in Michigan. you might be able to get a loan from a bank or credit union, probably a credit union might be easier though, at 5000 loan might make your payments right around 80 bucks a month or so. but also try Funancing.com there great that's were I got snowmobile loan for my sled and trailer and all new riding gear.

Unfortunately bikes aren't as easy to borrow for as cars. Cars are easier to resell.

I suggest you go talk to someone (a bank or credit union) face-to-face. If you can put down a decent down payment you might have a chance at a loan.

Have you tried a personal loan through your bank or credit union.....My last few bikes were loans through my local bank. You can sit down and talk face-to-face with the loan officer this way. Good Luck!
