Hello,
I'm looking to visit san fran with a couple of friends before I return to uni. I'll be coming over for 8 days, and wish to fit in as much as possible...
I'm not looking for things to do within the city itself, as I can ask my parents...read books etc, but, firstly after working all summer...i would want a day out to chill...beach or something...is there anywhere where we could go, thats relatively close (public transp) where we could fit in a few hrs on the beach?
How far is mexico from san. fran? is it worth going that far? what else would be worth doing with such a short period of time?

cheers!

Matt

I am a giving person. When I care about someone, I give my all. I cared for him and I thought he cared for me. I realize now I was just entertainment for him. The sex was real good for him but soon after a year...i got tired of it but still kept doing it. I left town to get over him and when I returned I never told him I was here. Eventually, I told him. He still asks me am I ok. It seems he cares but then he does things and says things to hurt me. Did he really expect me to want to still sleep with him now? After being broke down through a marriage and dealing with him, I have just had about enough. I refuse to take his calls and I made a choice to let it go COMPLETELY. Even the desire is gone. How do I make sure I don't attract men like this again?

My ex and I dated for couple of months in the past. We had so much in common, enjoyed what we did together, but he was too passionate to me, and I got tired after 2 months. We haven't slept together.
I knew he was still in love with me, and we were still good friends, now for 2 years.
Now, I'm 27 and he's 37. I've quite settled down, and want to get married and start a familly. This ex has been supporting me for everything, and although we are in distance (UK and US) we started a long distance again, and he was crying with happiness. He said he never stopped loving, caring for me, and I know that for sure.
Now, would it be acceptable for me, as a girl, to say to him that I'm quite ready to settle down, and start a familly? We have known each other for more than 2 years, but started dating again last month as a long distance. He says to come to US, but if I agree, I want to be engaged.
Could I ask for an advice how I can mention? Mail would be fine?

I think that Foxy, my Shiba Inu, has the runs. Over the past two days I noticed her stools becoming loose and this morning they were very watery! Something tells me that it may have been something she ate. She doesnt have a fever and her energy is still the same. So should I take her to the vet? Also, are there any reccomendations as to what to do to help ease it and have her system go back to normal? Please help. Thanks!

The warm weather is right around the corner (it's actually already in the 80's here in GA) and I do not want to turn the air conditioning on yet because we still have winter gas bills for another month. What are some things that can be done around the house to help cut down on electricity usage? Any tips and advice to help cut down the bills would be great!

Any kind of turtle will work (sea, soft-shelled, snapping, etc). It would really help if some someone knew where to go to actually hear the word(s) being pronounced for me but any help with this is greatly appreciated.
Thanks again

In space, if I have a small planet made out of some kind of metal(solid to the core), and a larger planet made out of sponge(porous to the core), would the larger object have more gravity because of it's size, or would their gravity be similar? The same can be applied to the idea of a marble versus a sponge I guess.

Does the density of an object affect the gravity it produces more than it's size, or is size the best measure of gravity forces?

PS: The sponge planet would not collapse and become denser, because it's a theoretical sponge planet.

This girl i'm friends with texted me to see how my vacation was going a couple of days ago, and I replied back saying that it was awesome, and that we should hang out when I get back, and she replied yeah we should. Then I texted her this morning to let her know that I was coming back tonight and was wondering if she wanted to hang out tommorrow. But she hasn't replied back yet, and sometimes she waits until the next day to reply back. She can't be busy all day, so why does she wait until the next day to reply back? Sometimes she dosen't reply back at all? I think she likes me as a friend, but I don't know. I have known her for a couple of months and we have had fun when we do hang out, Should I just continue to play hard to get and maybe she will call me again?

thanks

How do you know when you are in love? Do you talk a lot about them, cant wait to see them again, dream about them, etc? Give some things that happen when you are in love with someone. PLEASE! And also is a 15 year age gap to much? Keep in mind, im 25. So, im an adult and i can handle an adult relationship.

He's a doctor and he is so sweet and so nice. He has two daughters (ages 13 and 15) who live in Dallas, TX and he goes down there every monday to watch them play basketball. He volunteered to tell me all this information on his own. What does that mean?

And also, every time i go to see him, he always smiles (and omg he's gorgeous) when he talks to me and we always talk about our kids and our life in general. When i go to leave he always touches my leg or takes his hand and rubs my shoulder some or grabs my hand amd squeezes as he is walking out. Oh and when he listens to me breath, he always takes his hand and moves my hair. Its barely past my shoulders. He's 40.

when you are taking antibiotics when you have the test. I noticed a sign in the clinic saying that you should state if you are on antibiotics when you have your blood test for the above done. My sister had the blood test and it came back negative but she takes antibiotics for urinary tract infections regularly and is now worried that these may have affected the testing. We weren't asked this question by the nurse or health advisor when she took the test. She has contacted NHS Direct and are waiting for somebody to get back to us - in the meantime does anybody know if she may have to take the test again?

For example, say you want to determine how many leap years are between the years 1941 and 1961.

I have tried to find a mathematical way to come up with an answer to this equation, but I have been unable to find a site that tells of this.
