length of original seg.=sq.rt 13
& the length of dilated seg.=2 sq.rt.13
therefore ans.A i.e 2

For the first set of points, the difference is (2,3)

For the second set, the difference is (4,6)

Therefore it is answer A, as the second set is double that of the first set i.e. it has been dilated by a factor of 2
