This house is a do-it-yourselfer nightmare. I pay $2500 per month. The ceiling leaked when it rained so I told the landlord. He came by and looked and did nothing. Next rain, wallpaper peeled at the top of the wall. This was unsitely, so I pulled it down. The landlord came by unexpectedly the next day and saw the new walls thru the front window. He freaked out and called in painters to get quotes for repair, stated that the painters had bid $2800 and that I needed to pay that to him immediately or he would seek eviction. Not wanting this I agreed to pay 4 payments. I have made two. Here's my predicament: My lease is ending soon and I want to move and I have two payments left. I have a $2500 security deposit already being held. I have paid $1400 towards the painting. I would feel really crappy if I never saw the wall painted and I figure this guy will keep the sec dep even if I shine the place. I doubt he'll paint. How do I ensure I'm not throwing money away?

Hi everyone, Im from India & i luv watching, listening & helping birds. Which is why i've decided 2 setup some birdhouses, bird-feeders & bird-baths as well. But, all the information given in the net is mostly about american birds...nothing about indian birds or in general. So, if there's any good birder( indian birder will help) , I'd really appreciate it if u cud help me. I'd like 2 know if a backyard pond or a feeder is better? what are the various types of feeders & houses 4 birds & when & where do i put them? what food?

There was an Ice Age era...could there also be an era where the planet will get too warm? What would you call an Era that's really hot? Is that what our Global Warming is?

Just wondering...

And if Global Warming is natural occurance...do you think we humans making it worse or speeding it up a little more?

ok, my baby has been sick since she was born. well really it was only for a couple of weeks (she was in the hospital for it) well now she has been home for about 3 or 4 weeks now (she will be 7 weeks old on tuse) anyways, i use saline drops (like they told me to in the hospital) when im getting her boogers out. well i ran out of saline (i didnt know it was so low) and the stores are closed, i know that you can make your own with warm water and salt, but i dont know how much salt to add to what amount of water. i was wandering if anyone has made this from home, her ped said that its safe to make it she accually suggested it because its cheaper, but i just would go buy it because its easyer but now i need some to get tell tomorrow when i can go to the store, can anyone help me out with this one? i called the doctors office and it was the night people and they said they couldnt tell me because they are not the peds, which i understand. i just forgot to ask the ped how much of each do imix

I have a 10 month old daughter, that does not crawl and has no intrest in crawling. This is because all she wants to do is be in my arms, and she usually is. Her doctor said that she is 2 months behind and needs more floor time. She screams when I set her down (I know she sounds spoiled). I have been trying to put her down and she cries and cries. I resist picking her up but feel horrible, because I know that she does not understand that it is for her own good. I guess my question is should I continue to put her down, or does it cause her too much emotional pain? I just want to do the right thing, I can oly imagine how helpless she feels.
