IF you two have the same amount of muscle and he has more fat...then one of two things can happen.

A. he uses his fat against you as added weight and shoves you around and you are the one getting pounded.. Not fun.

B. his added fat weighs him down and he can't move as fast as you.

200 lbs isn't horrible for a guy about 5'10" so you might want to watch out or get a friend to help you. Chances are, you are the one that's going to get clobbered.

mlove has a good point about what could happen. You 've had some good answers here and it would be hard for me to add any. If you are being bullied than I'd go ahead and stick up to him. If you are not and can avoid a fight, that would be better even if you could win, which I am not sure of. That is a lot of added weight that could be used against you.

ya. just make sure you hit first, and often. don't give him a chance to fight. I'm 5'11 and around 215lbs. I'm actually a pretty good fighter. I have a friend thats 5' 6 and around 150lbs. he could beat me up real fast. his names jens pulver. of course he is a ultimate fighter but still. size doesn't mean a whole lot.

You could win the fight or you might not. It will depend on your fighting skills and mental reasoning on this fight. The question is one asked, I believe, by a high school-er? What is the issue? Resolve it without a fight and you both win.

aim for the crotch and run

oh, and don't meet him by the flagpole after 6th period. that's so cliche. just run up to him in homeroom and hit him in the back of the head with a desk

Nope. More insulation on his part. Unless you're a ninja, I wouldn't go for it.
