I realy like thish girl but she dumped me for another boy
she also cheted I'm only 10 but she broke my heart she broke up with him becaus of privit reasons should I take her back.

The reasoning would be the dividends would be taxed at 15%, while it would also count towards the mandatory withdrawls from an IRA account. The whole point would be to avoid having the dividends be paid into the IRA account and then be taxed at a higher rate if it is withdrawn later as part of the mandatory withdrawls.

I met this guy while at a photo convention thing about a month ago. We got along really well and lately we've started hanging out together. He hung out one night with me and some of my friends and we had a lot of fun. Then last night he called me up to ask if I wanted to go on the photo adventure with him. So we went and spent about 5 hours driving around the area and having lots of fun. We got to talk about different sorts of things while he had his iPod playing all these really good songs. We used each other as models in our pics that we took. I am thinking about asking him to prom the next time I hang out/talk with him. But i'm just really nervous because he goes to another school and he does not plan on going to his prom. But whenever we have hung out together, its always been fun. And theres obviously some interest of being at least friends since he hung out with me for so long without making up excuses to leave.
So should I ask him???
and how and what should I say?

I thought that the idea was to kill the person? Killing someone is by definition inhumane, isn't it? And if they're murderers, haven't they both forfeited their right to live AND committed even more inhumane actions on their victims?

Some other people have commented that people who tend to agree with the death penalty tend to be against abortion. They ask how someone can be for killing some people but against killing others. The answer is simple: The murderer on death row had his chance at life and chose evil, while the unborn baby had no chance to choose at all (NO CHOICE).

..... We have laws regulating executions to make them as painless and dignified as possible, which is more than some of them deserve.

My cat is dieing and I think it has something to do with the food, but when I look at the recall list the brandname isn't on there could there possible be another contamination or is my cat just dieing becuase of ffailing kidney's I mean she didn't start acting weird until we opened the friska's(sp) bag. I mean I would be very sad if the food company had something to do with this she was just fine a week ago when she was with me when I was digging.
Edit: And yes the cat was takken to a vet yesterday that's when we found out she had the problem with her kidney's we bought special food for her to now.

Why do we always forget things?

How do you prevent forgeting something, formulas, shapes ect.

I have been doing problems a lot!! after a couple months I forgot to do the problems, and it sometimes come to memory.

Why do we forget, when we have been practicing doing the same stuff over.
