It could be a kidney infection, kidney stone or even something more serious. Go to the emergency room! Turn your computer off! What r u doing man! Stop reading! Get ready and go to the doctor! You don't wanna loose your balls, do you? hurry up!

okay. as for the kidney infection. I've had one and it consisted of crucial back/side pain, as well as coffee-coloured urine (and in my case vomiting because of the pain) - kidney infections, typically follow a urinary tract infection.
and as far as I can tell, pain in your testies does not seem to be a symptom of a urine infection.
Some things you may want to consider are (1) bacteriological infection, Epididymitis (2) testicular cancer (3) enlarged scrotal veins (varicocele) or (4) cyst within the epididymis.
But who knows.. you should really just go see your doctor.!

Go to a doctor. You could have something minor
or you could have a serious infection. Only
a doctor can do the tests to determine if you have a serious problem or not.

YIKES My hubby had this problem- kidney infection!!
He felt it first in his glands, so he thought that was the problem- but it was an infection that was spreading all over that region, glands, kindeys , all in there.
Go the doctor!

Well, what did you do? You might have a pulled muscle, or maybe you got hit there. If it just started up for no reason, go see a doctor, you might have cancer or something.

Anyway, blueballs and renal failure don't usually go together. try beating off a couple times and see if it helps, meanwhile drink a ton of cranberry juice and pee your brains out.
even if you're dying from cancer, this is all good advice.
