That i want to do something with my life and the people i already have lost didnt get that chance i have to live my life for them because they gave me my life. I m not going to preach to you and say cause god wants you to because that isnt always enough you have to look deep and i mean deep inside past what ever even made you think about stopping past anger and hate and all feeling to your center and think is it really that bad do i have nothing else to keep going for. there is always something that will keep you going the only reason im still going and im only 16 is because i made a promise to my dieing grandmother so if you think you got it bad you have no idea

Giving up is only a sign of lost interest. You might want to see if there's anything you or the two of you can do in order to spark some interest back in. Taking "a brake" usually means "goodbye!". So unless you're ready to break up, I'd suggest not to try it.
If you guys are physical (my type :P), I might suggest you to buy a nice "special" book, and play around. Or, go swimming ... if you know a nice private pool. Or a simply dinner and a movie at one's place.
If you people are more on the emotional side, how about spending the night together and making breakfast the next morning. That always seems to work. I personally haven't tried it, I wish I could but I can't yet.
Unless you feel and think that the two of you have done everything possible to make it work and still didn't, then there's no reason to quit ... unless he's a jerk and then he deserves a slap! =D

A lot of times i felt like giving up but it was'nt that easy. When i thought of the hardest part i've been through just to attain my goal, when i felt that i might regret it if i give up and when i know that someday i'll make it, those are the things that keeps me going. Just keep on trusting yourself and always have confidence and never have doubts on GOD, everythings going to be fine.

I think we all feel like that from time to time....you just have to think of all the positive things you have in you'r life such as family and friends pets ect....we all have our problems but there is always much more good than bad if you sit and think about how many things you have that others do not.....keep your head up and take a deep breath of crisp air

Everyone feels like that at some stage in their life. You have to convince your self of the fact that things do and will get better. I don't know if you follow a specific religion or not, but one thing I tend to tell myself is "Okay, God wouldn't put me through this if he thought I wouldn't be able to handle it." So tell yourself that everything in your life that you go through is something that you CAN handle. And if you can't go to your doctor and tell him to prescribe you some anti-depressants.

Many times I feel like I can't deal with something any longer, but than I look at the pros and cons of the situation. Sometimes it means I work harder at something, and sometimes it means letting go of something that is causing me more harm in the long run.

Why give up? God doesn't want you to give-up, He wants you to persevere and get through the problems. That's the whole point of having a problem: not giving up so it can make you stronger.

just think that you're lucky to be alive - to be well in to have a life in which you have soo many oppurtunities to live how you want to live - God gave you life (that's plenty reason for you to keep going) because he could easily take it away...
