i'm a virgin (waiting till im married), but i was wondering how exactly women wash up after sex? i understand that when you have sex without a condom and your partner comes inside of you, you wash up right after sex as to not get pregnant. how is that done? and is it effective?

I've been fishing since I was a kid, and my dad always taught us how to clean and eat the fish. When they are so fresh they are soooo tasty, not to mention satisfying to procure your own food. I understand why ppl catch and release, and it is good, but for me they are just so good I can't pass them up. What are your thoughts?

My friend has lived with her partner for over 3 years now he has one kid for someone else aged 10yrs he's told her that he as no feeling for this child as he has never been there through out his life and he definitely has no feelings or respect for the mother. However after constant pressure from his grandmother he decided to try and make an effort. Which is where the problems started the girl is clearly very needy, manipulative and very good at it, the guy is one of those people who tries to keep everyone happy and can be naive at times although he will never admit it and claims to have his boundaries up. my friend feels that there is no routine in their arrangement with their child and feels that they are using the child as an excuses to feed their own insecurities, for instance the girl only calls when she wants to go out partying or on holiday for him to take on the responsibility of looking after the child as if to rub it in his face that she’s getting on with her life. she has had her friends call him telling him he needs to take responsibility of his child instead of dealing with it on a 121 basis, She acts as if there all good friends but never calls the land line, only his mobile when he's at work. He claims that it is purely innocent and my friend is overreacting or being insecure this leaves my friend feeling not only powerless of the situation but also treated as though she is second best when it come to their relationship and his Childs mothers.

im only 20 but Luther to me was amazing and although he passed away a while ago now his music to me is and always will remain timeless, he did a lot of brilliant songs but to me his best was "Always and Forever"

anyone else whether your a Luther fan like myself or not do you think the style of Luther will ever come back through someone who is as gifted as Luther was???

sure we have Lemar who is awesome in my view and although not as soul full as Luther still a cracking artist and the nearest thing the planet has to the Luther Vandross style even though Lemar is more R&B than soul but I think Lemar could easily pull off the soul thing if he wanted too

do you think the style of Luther Vandross, Alexander O'Neil, Marvin Gaye etc will ever be repeated???

My husband is paying child support on 2 children, one is his and one isnt. We just had a child ourselves. Is there a way we can fight paying child support for the child thats not really his? He keeps telling me that because he signed the birth certificate for her and its been 6 years, that theres nothing we can do, that hes stuck paying for her.. is this correct? We dont have enough money to support our newborn because of the child support pymts he makes. I have a full time job and so does he. they say we "make too much" for assistance, but we dont see it because it goes to child support. he never gets to see this child either, the mother wont let him, but he has rights to visit.

I do 120 sit ups per day. 60 in the morning and 60 in the evening. I am finding this a bit boring now and not much of a challenge and theres no pain. Does anyone know of a variation of this so that I can feel the burn again and make sure I am building muscle tone? My stomach is completely flat but I don't want it to go the other way because I'm not doing proper toning exercise. Thanks

My son has real bad asthma. He is 6 and we just found out last year when we thought he had a bad cold with a bad cough and he was really having an asthma attack and had to be in the hospital for 8 days due to a partially collasped lung from muscus plugs and they could not get his oxygen level up. So all this is kinda new for me. He went to the doctor this morning and once again breathing treatments every 4 hours for the next 4 days then down to 3 hours for 3 days.. along with another med for the nebulizer and a steriod plus he 3 meds he is on for the allergies. ( he has allergy induced asthma). I am just so worried about him and scared that I may miss something like I did last year. This morning he had to have 2 treatments back to back to get his breathing under control. Anybody else have kid with asthma this bad that can put my mind at ease.. I am a nervous wreck about this..

Dr. 90210 on the E station. She loves plastic surgery. She loves the before and after shots. I've asked a few people and they said it was fine and that maybe she'll be a nurse or doctor. But, the other day she told me that a girl we saw at the store needed rinoplasty(nose job). I told her no one needs one unless they can't breath through their nose. She says, "Mom, trust me, she can't breath with that nose". Should I not worry until she starts thinking she needs it? So far, she's never had a single moment of low self-esteem. If anything. she tells everyone how pretty and smart she is. She knows Jesus loves her. If I change the channel when there's plastic surgery on she flips out.

I currently spend up to 4 hours a day commuting to and from work, I work for a train company and have done so for seven years. My hope is that I can get a permanent transfer to a station much closer to home before the baby is born in November. If that doesn't happen I understand my employer is obliged to offer me felixible working hours but does that mean that they are also obliged to offer me a transfer so I spend more time at home and less time commuting? Money is not an issue here because I travel for free on the train, but time with my family is what is more important.
