I do 120 sit ups per day. 60 in the morning and 60 in the evening. I am finding this a bit boring now and not much of a challenge and theres no pain. Does anyone know of a variation of this so that I can feel the burn again and make sure I am building muscle tone? My stomach is completely flat but I don't want it to go the other way because I'm not doing proper toning exercise. Thanks
