My job application wants my past supervisors phone number, but the place went out of business and the number is no longer valid. What do I write in the space on the application? Should I just put the old phone number and let the people figure it out when they try to call it?

When I somtimes start my computer and its about to log into the user accounts I get a blue screen saying the following message,

"A problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer"

Then its got more stuff and at the bottom it says

Beginning dump of physical memory to disk, and it has a number on the side that goes up like seconds.

I know I have a memory problem but is there anyhow I can fix this problem. Im using XP at momment.

I purchased a couple of olives at Whole Foods, and I've had them in the fridge for about 2 weeks. I recently ate one and then noticed that the rest were beginning to develop white specks throughout the skin. Does that mean they're bad, since I picked them from the deli? Help

I am 30 years old and have had only one serious relationship (ever). I was engaged previously but the relationship did not work out. Since that time 4 years have passed but I have been on only 2 dates. How do I break this chain of repeated loneliness? I don't like being alone and it really hurts to see everyone else seemingly attached to a significant other.

Any suggestions would be extremely helpful. I try to be myself at all times, but women seem put off by my personality, or just classify me into the "friends" category perpetually.

give me a good answer, not something stupid like, "he's old." the point is, he hasnt been seriuosly injured yet. his numbers dropped lately due to an inexperienced offense (OL and WR's). many of his interceptions come from bobbled passes off the receivers hands. he has the best leadership skills in the game today. he holds the team together. why do people say his time is up???

how is noone else seeing this? the whole second half's calls went to ohio...half of their points were from the line...oh, and when ohio still couldnt pull it off with 6 seconds left...the ref gives them a desparation foul...where was that same call on the other end with 2.3 to go? im not even a tennessee fan, but when sportscasters dont point out stuff like that i get annoyed. what do ya'll think?

I'm a 15 yr old guy.
How do I start? I can't convince parents that think wearing a wristband is a sinful act? One time they payed a detective to see if I wear eyeliner in school (when having a low income). Like another time i was wearing armwarmers and my mom was like crying, I swear (she took away my allowance forever so i won't buy "evil things"). I want to stay in my school in NYC & not have to go live like a hillbilly/amish. Are they psycho? Especially mom. If i try to speak with her nicely, she says that american schools try to make your son want to be different and inedependent and she acts like is a bad thing. I just wnat freedom of fashion. It hurts to see kids with normal parents. If anything goes wrong with me, instead of helping me, she'll blame it on me for listening to metal/punk/hardcore (a style of music that's somehow "evil") My mom is extremely stubborn & sick. Please help me, I'm suffocating. I love my school and the way I look. How do i make my parents NORMAL?
