i got an insurance job last yr july, but went to another company by dec as i was convinced. as an agent, you pay for your own expenses for training, transport, etc. i've almost depleted my savings. after leaving my previous, i paid the ex-manager for the fees, and till now i've yet to clinch a single deal, because of the timing of my studies and that my manager's busy. worse still, my leaving the last company means i gave up the continuing income from the previous sales. i really want to give my best, but its always either my manager's timing, or my studies that stops me from giving my best shot. now im peniless, and @ 24, im still depending on my father who's working as a driver. i feel terrible. i couldnt even give what i pledged to my church's fund raising event, and now spending even more than $2 a day means a lot to me. because of my studies, i cant afford the time to work now, i even thought of cyber begging. someone help me out? any ways to earn $ legally given my situation?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for three months and he moved in with me last night because his mom and him got into a physical fight...well actually his mom punched him in the face, the problem is he is really clingy and I've tried to explain it to him in the nicest way possible, but then he freaks out and starts saying things like I am going to break up with him. He then starts crying and freaking out even more. I love the boy but if he keeps acting like this, I fear that I will have no choice but to break up with him. How in the world could I explain to him that he is too clingy and he is suffocating me without him freaking out?

We are going on a cruise in a month & 1/2 and one of us doesn't have a passport yet. I know we don't need passports until Jan/08, but is good to have one in case of emergency. I just wanted to know if the post office keeps the birth certificate for the time it takes to process the passport.

Where to start...
Our girl is now 3yrs. She was extremely pre-term, being born at 25wks gest instead of term at 40wks.
She has had major probs from birth, from hernias, heart ducts, breathing issues, all this due to being prem.
She is now over these hurdles, excluding the whole holes to her heart.
She is currently in day care X2 whole days a week (just started), an in kindy X2 days for 3hrs.
She is extremely active from time she wakes till time she goes to bed.
Not much sugar intake (as I am diabetic).
She is starting to get very aggresive, and tempermental.
Wanting her own way all the time, if not on comes the water works or tantrums (for hrs).
She does have a younger brother (aged 1yr).
She does show any jealously signs of him. She loves to play with him, looks out him asking him if he is alright. (very cute to see and hear).
I have had her checked for diabetes, results have come back clear.
Can anyone please give advise or suggestion how to get some control back with her

My boyfriend of 6 months is 28 and quite racist, i find it really annoying as it seems he is fine with people from different races as long as they are doing something that will benefit him..i.e he knows a chinese guy who owns a chip shop that he goes to and is quite friendly with him, but if we see a person from another race walking down the street that he doesnt know, he either tries to immitate them or says things under his breathe about them.

I know a lot of this has come from the fact that he lives with his grandparents and has done for most of his life, his grandfather is extremely racist as well.

I have spoken to my bf about this many times and have repeatedly told him that i am not happy with him doing these things, how else can i stop him being like this? I am so sure he wouldnt be so bad if he lived away from his grandparents, but he refuses to leave them.

Is it just me, or is this guy an amazingly under rated player? He does everything! He defends, passes, shoots from outside, drives, cleans up garbage, rebounds and even washes your windows if you ask nicely. His game is so efficient and he is a very smart basketball player. Why isn't this guy getting more recognition? You have chumps like Richard Jefferson getting famous for the fact they can jump high and lose a lot of games. You have Antoine Walker get all sorts of recognition for having a shimmy shake and a HORRIBLE shooting percentage. Yet no one wants to acknowledge my man. Can we please get this guy some love????
