Since there is no clock in leaf green, you'll need to trade over two eevees (through breeding) to either your emerald, ruby or sapphire game. You'll need to get them to love you as much as possible. So feed them calcium, proteins, rare candy etc. Don't let them faint, heal them and let them level up.

For umberon:
Do all these things at night.

For Espeon:
Do all these things at daytime.

you can't get those two pokemon in leafgreen,as leafgreen don't have day and night,you need to let eevee envolve in emerald first and then trade it over to leafgreen
