I was married for 6 years. I was separated from him for 4 of those years, although not recognized by court. My ex was obsessive and would lie in court saying we were together when we weren't so it would reset the separation date and I'd have to wait yet another year. During the time we were married, he forged my name to loans and credit cards without my knowledge and by time I found out, I was half million in debt. I have never been able to find a job since I was 16 because of health problems. One of the creditors tracked me down and got a judgment against me for over $13k in 2005. I am a single parent. I saved up money from student loans and have enough to buy a fixer upper. How can I prevent creditors from taking the house? It's cheaper to buy this fixer upper than to pay rent for a year, and I wouldn't have to rent again if I could keep it. It help my daughter and I out since I cannot work (health problems). Can I put house in my daughter's name? She's a minor.

I'm thinking about getting myself a heavy bag. The only thing stopping me at the moment is the fact that I have plaster calls and ceiling. That means that I don't know if I'm going to be able to hang something that heavy off of it. Does anybody know anything about this kind of thing? I'm also living in an appartment, so I don't want to annoy my neighbours. Any suggestions? I've already thought about getting a stand but at the moment that is not an opption, since they don't seem to sell them europe (well UK but I'm a little further away than that). thanks for the help!

I bought a car from a coworker. its a 2000 Kia Sportage, stick shift. he claimed it was in wonderful condition his wife "babyed" the car because she loved it so much. they showed me all the reciptes on all the work or repairs that were done, they bought a new battery and new tires for it within the last month and cosmeticly it looked great. my mother drove it home the first night (cuz i cant drive stick and she can) and it over heated by the time i got there, i called the guy he said he would take it to the mechanic and have the "diagnostics" done to fix whatever the problem was instead he did a quick replacement in the parking lot at work. it over heated again. i want to get my money back and have yet to discuss it with him (this just happened last night) but someone said it could be over heating because i am overheating the clutch. could it be my fault, or was it already messed up?

The year is 2007. The irony cannot be lost on those who study history. Exactly 250 years back, in 1757, a young British man, Robert Clive, had stood in mango forests, with a scroll, a map, a sword, and wondered how he was going to pave the way for a small band of people to control a vast sub continent, incredibly rich and diverse. A land of whose riches he had read about in Britain, and had often dreamed of. The land of wealth, but inner disjunction, between common people and the ruling elite.

Apparently, there is an obsessed mentally ill person who is both cyperstalking Pastor Melissa Scott and physically stalking her.

What should she do about this person? Allegedly, this person's obsession stems from poor self images and rejection from caregiver figures in early childhood.

Should Pastor Melissa Scott press charges or "forgive the mentally ill?"

Should we forgive those who do not repent? Especially, if the sin is from mental illness?

Does anyone know of a shop or a seamstress in New York City or the metro-area that sells and/or makes traditional Japanese kimonos?

By "metro" I mean the surrounding suburbs, or as far as Philedelphia to the south, Boston to the north or anywhere in Long Island.

Thanks
