How do nurses get their CCM title?

Where do you get the info for the test? What board or company is it?

The clinical case manager title.
There is some sort of test you sit for.
Who administers this test where do I see if I'm eligible for it or sign up for it.

they take the ccm test and the ccm master bestows the title upon them
never heard of ccm either...

what it the world is CCM??? Never heard of it...Canada??
