father, too add more info, I live in TN, The reason I never got a court order for him to pay support many years ago is because he said he would help, but never did! And he threatened to try and take custody of my daughter from me if I went to the courts. He's a confirmed drug user and I also wouldn't put a price tag on my daughter. Now she is old enough to make a decision whether to visit him or not. But he won't see her anyways. It's not the money now, but if I can get 12 yrs back child support to put towards her college, then why not. She wants to become a lawyer!

i personally think that if the girl and the man have things in common and enjoy themselves and have been best friends as well as in a relationship, i believe age is only a number and the law cant control love, they are equal to us and its rediculous that they think they can stop fully mature people in a mature relationship!

my friend was running a small computer sales and service concern without any registration but he has an currnet a/c in bank..he has issued blank cheques and bonds with his sign and got credit from 3-4 persons..unfortunately he met with huge loss and could not re-pay the loan..

he has spoken to all creditors asking for time but nobody accepted and wanted money urgently..he finally vanished from his home town and working in another town for a low salary..

now all the creditors deposited the cheques with some double and trible the amount they actually owed him and now filing a case against him with dis-honoured cheques...

what should my friend do now ?
If he do not attend the case what will happen to him?Will court produce a arrest warrent? still if nobody locate him what will happen?

How do i change a string buffer to a float?
i am writing a calculator program and when the user enters the numbers, i store them in a string buffer.
how do i change the string buffer to a float or double so i can add, subtract, multiply or divide them.

A married couple has been living in a house that they purchased together & one has decided to leave & reside in a different residence.Is this called abandoment because a legal separation was not filed before she or he left?And also is the other spouse entitled to alimony? What if neither one knew that they must seek legal separation first before leaving?Is it true that she or he has no more legal rights to their house which they both paid for?If this is the case,can that person return to the home & file for legal separation then leave?What if the other spouse who is still living in their house seek legal advice & hires a lawyer first.Can she or he make it difficult for the other to come back to their home,or can she or he come back to their house at all?

There was a blonde human boy around ten-ish, two alien kids that loked around 10-ish, a big a swamp guy with swamp stuff for his body, Mr.Duck (the only character name I remember), a duck-man who I think wore a work suit and apparently really liked poptarts, an alien lady that was the protector of the blonde human kid and the two alien boys, it was a paper back magazibe style comic(like classic Amercan ones) and in the comic I had the characters were moving from world to world fleeing a dark inky guy who was after the blonde human boy, they ended up in a world like a doctor Suesse book and ordered food at a restaurant before getting arrested. They were trying to get back to someone or something named Mauve( Muave?,Mave?) Also the black inky guy had the ability to make it seem as though your worst nightmare had come true. Quote Mr. Duck "No Mauve! Outta Poptarts!?"
