he has problems and is in a group home type but he is a loving caring person and he always makes me laugh he is gorgoues and i think I'm falling in love its a troubled teen home that he goes to but he is 19 and I'm only 16 but i don't know what to do I'm falling for him and only him and i have just as much problems but i get this feeling in my stomache like butterflies and well i cant figure out what to do

Do what you feel. Tell him, or try to flirt with him and see where he is right now. He may have problems of his own, so give him some time, but if you like him then try your best to get to know him :)
