I try to weight the situation and answer from a non-partisan perspective instead of a personal one. If the topic is one I feel strongly about I only preach what I practice.

Yes I preach how important it is to manage your time efficiently and get as much work done in an 8 hour period when all I do all day is surf the net. I panic on Fridays trying to get everything for the entire week....but I work best under pressure so its all good

In my 20s, yes I did...not now in my 40s. I've grown up and realized that there is a huge price for trying to fool yourself and others like that.

Not as much as i did before i went to therapy, boy do those counselors give you a conscience.
