usually 5...my sister works for a pd and she said if you go 5 or under, chances are you will not get a ticket...

We have a Transport Accident Commission (TAC) slogan here in Australia "Wipe off 5, or wipe out lives", I object to going UNDER the prescribed limit which is mostly too slow and tend to Add 5 (kph not mph).
