According to a story I read, a second grade teacher read her class a story about two princes falling in love. How do you feel about this? I feel it is wrong to teach children that something unnatural is okay. Homosexuality just isn't natural because it doesn't produce offspring. I would want to have grandchildren and if my kids ever turned out to be gay I would be very upset. I think more kids might grow up to be pro-gay if they were read stories like this when they are young. By teaching kids it is unnatural we lessen the chance that they might grow up to be gay. I imagine there is even a lot of gay people that do not like being gay. Screwing around with children's minds is wrong. How do you all feel?

Of late months, i always have lots of dreams that involve me with a serial killer. I could be friends to a serial killer or i witness murders done by them by. That put me in very difficult situation because i'm always on the run from the killer for fear that he/she would know that i knew that they're murderers. The dreams was so real i could feel my heart pumping hard in fear when i woke up.

But these week, i start to have dreams where i'm became the victim to these killers. I can feel the fear when they chase me and i can feel the pain when they beat and hack me with their weapons. I can even see myself drenched in blood but i don't feel pain... just fear. Strangely, i never die in any of the dreams, i would either be rescued by someone or i'd be awaken suddenly from sleep.

Help... i think these dreams are scaring me now. Do these dreams have any significant meaning in my real life? How can i stop these dreams from recurring? I fear of going to sleep now. Am i a psycho?

I'm having trouble in my Physical Anthropology class. I am taking the class online, so there is no teacher lecturing the info. I basically have to read 3 chapters in two weeks and soak up the info as best as I can.

This subject is proving to be very difficult for me. The first test I got a D, the second C/B. On the second exam I made flash cards and studied them and read all the chapters I was supposed to read(although I will admit skiming through the last chapter).
The flash cards seem to help a little, though.

What are good ways to prepare myself for this class? Hard sciences are NOT my strongest subjects. How can I study better? I'm willing to do hard work, but it's frustrating when I do put in work and it doesn't really effect my grade.

Help!

I have noticed that liberals seem to huddle around and just talt to eachother about how right they all are. But you throw a conservative in there to ask some questions about why they believe what they believe, and all heck breaks loose, what happens, is that the conservative gets exploited and called stupid and ignorant for not agreeing exactly with what the majority believes, and then they go ahead and tell us that we dont like to be questioned on our beliefs because we have no viable evidence on why we believe them. What is wrong with this picture?

Almost a year ago my father passed away and my mom has been living alone. She is very depressed. I have tried to help, I have let her come stay with me periodically and have spent many weekends with her. I also went on a vacation with her for 2 weeks. I had some difficulity with my mom wanting to spend a lot of time with me and being very co-dependent (she was always like that), so I had to put the brakes on and spend less time with her. My mom has become angry about this and needs someone in her life, but doesn't want to reach out to others and be friendly, she only trusts family. To compound the issue, she also found out my brother is gay during this year and will not have anything to do with him anymore, so all the pressure is on me. Recently my mom has started leaving mean and angry messages on my voicemail and it giving me ultimatums...that I need to spend time with her, or tell her that I don't want her in my life. She wants to have a dramatic confrontation, help me please!

I just bought some Miracle II products. From some of the testimonials I have seen this stuff is supposed to be able to clean everything from you garage to your teeth and fix every physical ailment from tummy ache to tumors. I don't believe everything I read, but if this stuff can do even half of what these people say, I'm willing to try it. What I want to know is 1) Have any of you used this? 2) What did you use it for, and 3) Did it work?
