Affordable way to soup up a 98 Mustang GT?

What is the most affordable way to soup a 98 Mustang GT? I already put in a cold air intake, cobra r racing tires, rotors, and straight pipes. What is the best way to make my car faster that is pretty affordable?

pull that ford engine out get a Chevy 350 built up to around 500hp for around 2,000 and drop that in
