I live in Vermont and can tell you it most certainly is not free here!

I wish! I live in Massachusetts, and no free health care here! On the contrary, my work-sponsored medical insurance is costing me 80 bucks a month.

Don't know where you heard that but Mass. is called Taxachusettes for a reason, and it doesn't include free health care. We get taxed on everything you can imagine.
Vermont is better on the taxes, but they certainly pay for health care. We all pay for health care
