I am a CNA and wil like to know if working on a Per Diem basis is right for me. I have 2 kids and need to start working and the job I just found is working in a nursing home as a Per Diem CNA( certified nurse assistant) I really need to work to catch up on some old bills. What are the positive and negative sides of a Per Diem job?

I really respect my girl.she was a virgin when i met her.i have been with her for 3 years,everything seemed to be working fine.we had a great sex life and all.we used to watch adult movies together9she was reluctant at first but i managed to convince her)when we watched lesbo movies she got really tense and uncomfortable.a year ago,she told me she has started developing interest for women.I accepted full responsibity for her confused sexuality cos i introduced her to it...the movies and all(that is what she told me)

Elbit Systems: Israeli-made drones in action in Iraq, Afghanistan

Small Israeli-made pilotless planes are gathering intelligence for U.S.-led forces in Iraq and Afghanistan, the manufacturer said in a statement Monday.

Elbit Systems, one of Israel's leading defense electronics companies, said the little Skylark can be carried and operated by a single soldier, covering an area within a range of 6 miles day or night, the company said. It did not give details of its exact size or weight.

Skylark is operational and currently deployed in the global war on terror in Israel, Iraq and Afghanistan, the statement said. It described the Skylark as suited for close range, beyond-the-next hill, counter-terror missions.

I have acid reflux disease and the doctor has put me on a pepcid pill (1 a-day) but i recently found out taking pepcid everyday for extended periods may cause polups which can cause cancer. So I am hoping that someone would know of a way to help me with the acid reflux that I get if I do not take the pepcid. In worse conditions I will still take the pepcid but I would perfer not to take it everyday. Pleae help, I didn't take the pepcid last night and now I have heart burn really bad!

I quit trying to grow tomatoes a few years ago because, I can grow lovely, tall, healthy looking plants but, no tomatoes? Is there something I can do to grow great tasting tomatoes? I always planted them where they would have full sun all day. Can they grow and produce in shady areas?

for acting class or a play?

We have been married several years. A kiss to me is very important. I know for some it's not a big deal and other women have kissed several men before. But I have only kissed one..and that is my husband. He was my VERY first kiss a a and that been very special to me. He kissed other girls before meeting me and now has been kissing them in acting class and will during this play. Now he has the option to just kiss them on the cheek since class isn't "filming a tv show or movie". I told him if it he was ever lucky enough to film a tv show or movie and had to kiss someone else that it would be different..but is it really nessarary to "Practice kissing someone else?" This is really bothering me and even hurt worse when he said it's not a big deal.."It's just a kiss." Now he's putting on a play "It's NOT a big play", just a small community play, and he could very well ask to just kiss on the cheek but he said it's look better to kiss on the lips? I'm upset.
