there is a believe (and even scientific fact already. I beleive) that men and women have totally different psychological behaviours and oftentimes, completely different points of view on the same situations. do you personally agree with such claim? y?

I think it is rather obvious. Men's brains and women's brains just are not wired the same.

In general, yes. Most male and female brains do think differently and approach problems and situations differently. However, I would rather view most male versus female psychological distinctions as a spectrum. Because while you can find a majority of males and females that fit neatly into two distinctly different categories as far as psychology is concerned. There are plenty of males that show more prevalent female psychological development, as well as vice versa.
