Why do cigarettes come me down when I am anxious and about to have panic attacks? What is in cagarettes that has this effect.Because I dont want to smoke to help ease with my anxiety.Is there anything also I can do that will have same effect but not smoke.I just think smoking is really bad.

I don't like many kinds of foods and I am a vegetarian but I want and need to eat better and I am working my way to vegan. I don't like any vegetables except corn, broccoli, potatoes, cold carrots, lettuce, celery, and kidney beans, all others make me gag! I only like broccoli with cheese on it. The other foods I like are, rice, cereal, cheese pizza, bean burritos, eggs, bread, peanut butter and jelly, noodles (sphegetti & fettachinni alfredo, mac n cheese, cheese, and snack foods (lil debs, ice cream, chips cookies ect...). Seriously, that is all I like. Should I be taking a certain type of vitamin? What are lentils and what to they taste like? I have tried every vegetable out there and I can't even force most of them down my throat, the ones I can it only lasts a couple of bites! Are these foods I eat enough? Please help me if you can, thank you.

Out of sheer desperation I pressed 'enter enter' at the end of every line but it hasnt worked!! The text has done this weird wrap around thing,finishing in mid sentence. I really need to double space.
Anyone please please help. How do I do it?

rather be a drug addict because you can hide being on drugs you cant hide being obese, it takes much less time to detox than to lose tons of weight, drugs make you feel good being obese makes you depressed, you usually lose weight on drugs, and most younger guys I know would rather date a girl on drugs than an obese one, and I know drugs can kill you but so can being obese either way your at risk of death..
I know ill probably get alot of **** for asking this and obv everyone would want neither but if you had to chose one..I am curious to know what most people would chose

Do any of us believe in old fashioned rules of dating anymore? Do any of you still think that the old rules of our mothers and grandmothers still apply?

I do. And what I don't get is why so many don't see the simple logic behind some basic rules of thumb.

Like, never asking a man out. Only flirting or encouraging a guy to ask us. We all know the down side of asking a man out, right?

Have we lost the notion of the essence of the chase?

I'm not saying be cold to your man or stick to a rigid set of Rules. BUT, some old fashioned rules do still work. Whether you're dating, engaged or married. What are some pearls of wisdom you can share??
