The SNK baseball game is Baseball Stars.

I loved Baseball Stars, since I enjoy sports management as much as playing sports.

I also enjoyed Tecmo Bowl and Tecmo Superbowl.

While it's not a real sport, though, my favorite sports-themed NES game of all time was Super Dodgeball. I wish I could toss a ball so hard, the opponent sails around the world, just like in the game!
