I lead a very busy life and wonder if its possible to get less sleep time but better quality sleep in order to have the same health benefits....is there any way to shave of sleep time without being fatigued or tired during the day?

I drive a 1991 Ford F-150 XLT Lariat. It has a 5.8 liter 351 Windsor and an automatic 4 speed transmision with overdrive. Recently I have noticed when I shift into reverse, before letting off the brake, it "kicks" real hard into reverse. This truck is a daily driver and this occurs about once every two days or so. What could be wrong? How could I fix this?

i need to get "within" a business. i've lied to the owner of the fraud business that i am interested in getting into a partnership deal with him, but im lying. i only need to get a hold of his documents to forward it to the homeoffice. now, as i said ive told im that i am interested in getting into a deal with him. so, has anyone got any idea what it is i need to ask him (as an interested partner) to make him sound that i am interested, or has anyone got any website that i can get information about "what to look in a partnership deal?" so that it can sound like i am interested. i really need to get a hold of the docs. Can someone help me out with this?
There was a girl I met for a second time that was a buddy of mine's gf's roommate and to be honest, one of the reasons why I developed an interest in wanting to get to know her was because she didn't seem like one of those flashy, self-absorbed bad-boy chasing types like most women are like today.....I remember she would stand quietly with her arms crossed like she felt out of place, so she would look over and try to start a convo, and i'd say something back. I remember the next time I saw her a couple month's later she started talking to me and we had a nice chat, then I started to talk to my friends there. Then she told me like 5 times she was going to be leaving early because she was going to another party but would most definitely be coming back.

I was going to ask for her number. What's wrong with that? Yeah, right. I asked her in case she wasn't coming back if she would like to leave me her number so I could call her sometime and the LOOK she gave me......
