2 get over the 1 u love wen u split up?? i heard many things such as half the time u were goin out or how many months u went out eg say 3 then it take 3 weeks 2 get over them? wats ur opinion on it how long does the grieving proccess last??

Depends on the person & how in love you were. Sometimes you realise that you weren't as in love as you thought, or you may have been in love with the idea of being in love. Also if you were part of each others lives for many years it can take years & some people never recover from their loss. If the relationship was good from your side then it can take a while, there is no golden rule or magic number, all relationships that end whether they are good or bad still need to be mourned. It is up to the individual on how they deal with it. Take each day one at a time & spend the time rediscovering who you are as an individual. Pamper yourself, & love yourself, be happy within yourself. Do not become bitter or hate as it will eat you up. If the relationship was meant to be it will be otherwise, move on with your life, as there is someone or something else out there for you.

It depends on you. Like how much you loved this person. For me everytime someone broke up with me it lasted a couple of months. Don't worry you'll get over it even if you think you won't you will just be patient and give it some time.

It depends on how deep you went into the relationship. If it was a long one, then it would be about 2-3 weeks. Then you'll get over it.

I think it depends on how much you loved or love them, if you are still in love even after you have broken up then it could take a very long time, sometimes months then sometimes years, and some people never get over their ex's! i know if i broke up with my boyfriend i would never get over him no matter what he did cause i love him so much and am in really deep now that theres no turning back, :) x x x

There's no right answere to that.
It depends... If u r still in love with the guy when you break up, it can take years until u're REALLY over him.
And it also depends on if u have to see your ex every day (that doesn't make it easier).. But if he for example lives in another city it's easier to let go.

You can't put a time on it. It will happen when you are over them and you can move on. It took me longer than a month to get over my last bf and we only dated for a month. So, you can't really set a time for when you are going to get over someone. It will happen when you are ready for it to happen.
