3 very different countries. Mexico is the poorest of the 3, and has problems with crime and corruption. Also, militant groups that kill and kidnap people. It can be dangerous, though I'm sure most people don't even see that. Standard of living isn't very high.
USA is the richest, though it has a big income gap. Different parts of the country vary in culture and prosperity. Security is high, and the country (at least the government) seems quite paranoid about "evil" countries.
Canada is also quite rich, but a much quieter country than the USA. Superficially, it's quite similar to the USA, but the population tends to be more liberal, and has a much better reputation around the world. It may get cold in winter, though!

I love America, I like Canada, but Mexico is one of the most corrupt and incompetently run countries in the Western Hemisphere. If Presidente Boosh and the giant multinational corporations have their way these three countries will be joined in a North American union with the borders amongst those countries being eliminated. It would be suicidal for the US and Canada to participate in such a union as Mexico, a third world country, would drag down the living standards of the US and Canada. Say no to the North American union!

They must remain 3 sovereign nations with their own laws and borders in tact.
The USA is my home and of course I love it and its people ,Americans are enterprising and entrepreneur's.
Canada is a beautiful nation that is free and independent and full of good people.
Mexico is a rich nation that treats its poor very badly. I think a nation can be judged by how it treats its poorest citizens and Mexico fails badly on that issue. The people are, as a whole, good hearted and hard working but their government does not make their own country livable for them.
They must remain three separate nations always.
I agree with Earthman..

I think they should remain independant countries. The US and Canada might make a go of something else with SCRUPULOUS attention to federalism and sovereignity, but the economies and services provided by Mexico to its people fall so far behind the US and Canada that any addition of Mexico is impossible. Our and Canada's schools and job markets would be ruined even more than illegal immigration has ruined our schools and markets today.

America- probably has the best economy, Canada- no one knows too much about thaqt country, it's kind of reserved, but a large amount of Mexicans immigrate to America for jobs/ and they end up getting welfare, they're not that high on education, safety and they dont really crack down on drugs

All three countries function as one larger "continental nation":
-The U.S. functions as the muscle (military firepower)
-Mexicans do the slave-like labor (whether in Mex.or U.S.)
-Canada reaps the benefits of the other two (Health care/cheap medecine/no need for military spending)
Those damn Canadians;/
