was wondering how much the average person spent on groceries each week.. just one single person.

This is really hard to determine since when I was single I'd often eat out, etc... but I'd guess $80-$100 a week total food. That's a little over $12 per day....does this sound close to you?

Hmm... well when I was single I ate out nearly every day for lunch, but guys paid a lot, so probably an average of $75 a week, on food.

I spend about 75 krons a week which would be about 20 - 30 dollars American money. Maybe a little more.
