No, Jimmy Carter is the worst president since Jimmy Carter. The older guy was just a sore loser of a Democrat who listens too much to the leftist media and doesn't think for himself.

Everyone's entitled to his opinion. As far as anyone being the "worst president" I believe presidents should be ultimately judged only after they've been out of office for a significant number of years. More time is needed to truly see what the consequences of the Bush administration will be.
However, it could be reasonably argued that the consequences of the Carter administration's appesement policies have resulted in empowering the radical Islamists.

Jimmy Carter was a generally harmless and ineffective president. Slick Willy Clinton was by far the worst. It scares the hell outta me that the leader of the mightiest nation the world has ever seen goes on national television and blatantly lies to the American public. Not just a general kind of lie that all politicians tell, but an outright, bald-faced lie. What's really scary is that the American people turned right around and re-elected him later on. Don't tell me this country isn't in deep trouble.

Carter was the most intelligent President in decades. While not the most effective President, he was (and IS) the most honest, unlike the Bush family.
