(Writing question for a friend) My mother left my dad, brother and I a year ago to live with a boyfriend. She continued to come to the house on holidays and stuff. My father had a massive stroke and died last June. My mom came to the hospital but the nurse told me that since she was estranged and I am 28 all decisions have to be ran past me-not her. Anyway, we had to unplug him and he passed. Problem is that my mom immediatly stepped in and handled arrangments, cashed the insurance, and moved back into our house like she never left. My Brother and I never saw a dime! She will not even let me have the car my dad left behind. Are we entitled to anything? She keeps saying he left no will and she can do what she wants. I think she was cold and turned her back on us and is NOT entitled to anything. I need to know b4 any limitations run out.
Any lawyers or paralegals in Indiana please help?

i am 16 and am skinny(i use to be fat) my hand and legs are skinny but i am strong. i just can't build muscle, i do at least 1500situps and 100pushups weekly but can't build muscle.

i don't know if i am suppose to lift weights instead or what.

please help me.
if i don't need weights or machines please tell me what exercises to do.

And by wrapping themselves up in the flag, the protestors portray anyone who has a dissenting view as a "traitor".

I am thinking of Albuquerque or Santa Fe. I live in a little river town on the Mississippi. I want to find a place where I can meet a nice girl and settle down. I Just want to go somewhere where I can work on improving myself and my social networking skills. I want to find a place that has the resources to help me become a better person. I am 27 years old and I am pretty much alone in the world. I do alot of writing and generally spend time reflecting upon the world around me. I was recently injured (badly) in a motorcycle accident so I have alot of time off of work, so I'm bored. I've been spending this time trying to restructure my life and find out how to make the BIG CHANGES that I know I'll need to make to be able to someday support a wife and kids. I am 27. If anyone has any advice that would be great because I'm rather stuck at this point. I know things suck right now but they're about to get much better..... It's just a matter of time. When my husband proposed to me years ago he was well aware of the fact that I didn’t want children and he did. At the time he told me it really didn’t matter to him as long as he had me. Now every time we spend time with friends who have children I can tell he wishes he had that. I confronted him about it and he finally admitted that he hoped all along that I’d change my mind as I got older and is only realizing now that it’s really not going to happen. I love our life and as it is with each of us having successful careers and great social lives and have no need whatsoever to bring children into this world. Is this marriage doomed?

He came from Denver Colorado and was in the army during world war two. He spent time in a small New South Wales town in Australia with the army building an airbase in 1942.

He was friends with my grandparents ( who have since passed on) and contact was lost in the early 1960's. I would love to make email contact with him or his family.
If anybody knows a man who fits the story please let me know.

He is very er.. 'influential' and rich. He also has a reputation of being an all out jerk, not paying for services rendered, suing anyone that goes against him, and threatens people to submission.

Can I reject a person like this from doing business with me? I don't have a lawyer, so your opinions will greatly help.

i went to the dr today and he gave me cough medicine that has codeine in it, which i know ppl get high from, but i don't know if there's other stuff in it that would make me sick if i took a bunch of it at once. how can i find out what else is in it?

and would it help my cough go away if i took more of it, cause my dr said to take 2 tsp but i did and i'm still coughing like about every 1-2 minutes, and if i took another teaspoon would it be safe and would it help?

I have what looks like a pimple on the base of my penis. It doesnt burn or anything, though it is a bit sensitive to the touch, just as a facial pimple would be. Its a little red on this area. I think this is either a pimple or an in-grown hair. what do you think? and if its a pimple, anything specific you know of that would get rid of it quick?
