Well I live in Kent and cant say I have seen many dominant women around here - but there is a "special party" place in Maidstone in Kent and they have nights for singles - maybe try something like that to find the things you need to tickle your pickle.

London has a very active "scene" where you can safely go and meet others in the lifestyle. Become active in the local groups, go to parties and meetings and you just might meet someone. Put a personal ad on the websites like alt.com too.
