how can people have exactly the same one word answer and get different,there is something terribly wrong with yahoo scoring.do we ever get a reply from yahoo themselves

When rating answers, do you read all the answers? I bet you do not especially when there are over 500 one word answers. The first will probably rate higher than the last one word answer because the answers are shown in the order they arrive.
When 35 people give the same answer, it may be because all 35 read the question and answered within the same minute. It takes to put in one word and check the spelling of that word.

hey listen....groups of people knowing each other may give same answers 2 ur questions..dats true 2 some extent...if u answer someone dat person has to choose a best answer out of all answers he gets n den he rates d answer he has choosen..it depends on d voters like if u choose mine as d best answer u will get a page asking 4 rating my answer or wen v r answering a question v get 2 kno wat others have written n 2 score more points...they answer dat question!.....not yahoo .Yahoo services post u 1 answer which they think is right 2 ur question..n dat answer is also by d voters

Long explanation: Most of the time, we don't see the answers of the others (not posted yet). Sometimes too, even if the answers are already there, we don't bother to read.
We go straight to our own answer. So it's very possible that our answers are all the same.

It may seem the same..if you notice the inflection is different and the key strokes are made with much more emphasis...
