Well, your grammar makes it difficult to understand your statement, honestly. If you are saying that man "invented" the devil because God would not create such a being your conclusion is wrong, but your premise is good. God created Satan with free will, just like man. Evil is not a creation. It is willfull disobedience of God. You can no more "create" evil than you can "create" darkness. However, just as you can remove yourself from light, so one can remove themselves from God. That is what Satan has chosen to do, and it is also what each and every one of us has chosen to do at one time or another, which is why we need a Savior.

This is one thing that really perplexes my mind. I don't think that I will ever be contentious that he created everything according to His likeness, everything good. I can't argue with the Holy Scripture but it leaves me dubious by the appearance of the serpent in the garden of Eden. Was the serpent not evil by nature, rather was it just cunning to be able to convince Eve that upon eating the apple, she will know the knowledge of the truth? Even then, cunningness is a form of evil.
In the Old Testament, there are events that God showed His power causing negative effect, death for example and destruction. he destroyed the Tower of Babylon because it was the seat for gambling and prostitution. He inflicted Egypt with the 10 plagues so as the hebrews will be released from slavery. He allowed the infliction of disease on Job, and killing his children.
Although the nature of death is not evil, unless life is taken purposely, then it becomes evil, this comes to remind me that this is why Euthanasia is considered a moral and ethical sin. We sin when we commit evil. Therefore Euthanasia is evil. This goes for any action parallel to it.
I really don't know why the old testament took into account those events which would make it look like God has another nature that is not only 'everything was good'. Maybe the bible should have have reiterated instead as 'everything was conditionally good'.
If we see and come into realization the manifestation of God's intentions, they are aimed at proving the better good, just, and reasonable well-being of the many, even if it meant destruction.
In so far declaring my views, I still believe in God, an over-all just, fair, reasonable, and ultimate only one God.

There is nothing that exist that God did not create so yes God did create evil. It is confirmed in the Bible
Isaiah 45:6-8
6 That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else.
7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
One reason for doing so....to help us to realize there is a cost for our sin. Some people think it would be great not to feel pain but without it, we would not live long. Pain tells us damage is being done. Evil tells us something is wrong with us spiritually. To disobey GOD is sin...it is evil. There is always a cost for sin but most of the cost is hidden. Sin always cost more then the one doing it and it always cost us more then we can afford.

God allowed His created beings free will, From rebellion against Him comes evil. Part of the angels he created chose to rebel against Him, and there is the beginning of evil in this world as we know it.

God created all things, good and evil.
We are the ones who named all things with words. Then differentiated these things on our standards.

No. But it is the nature of man to credit himself with great things. It is evil naturedness that convinces us.
Evil was around before man was around.
