I have what looks like a pimple on the base of my penis. It doesnt burn or anything, though it is a bit sensitive to the touch, just as a facial pimple would be. Its a little red on this area. I think this is either a pimple or an in-grown hair. what do you think? and if its a pimple, anything specific you know of that would get rid of it quick?

It could simply be a pimple, but if you are sexually active, you will want to get checked for syphillis.
The first sign is a small, usually painless bump or pimple on the genitals some time after the sexual contact.
Likely you are fine, but syphillis is nothing to mess around with. It is easily curable in the early stages, but if you ignore it, it can become incurable.
