I have a 50 gal. acrylic planted aquarium with 12 fish(2 red-eye tetra, 3 other kind of tetra,1 black molly, 1 silver molly, 2 blue mickey mouse platys,2 algea eaters, 1 albino cory catfish) and an african frog..I use a Magnum 350 Pro Canister filter, heater, w/1 18" bubble wand.... What are pros and cons of using aquarium salt? Would you consider it beneficial to the aquariums ecosystem? Can the salt be used if you have plants? Will the salt muck up my filter and my bio-wheels? Does the salt do anything to help make tap water safer for the fish?

Oh my, I apologize for so many questions.. For my fishes sake, I need to know..!.!.! Thanks! Much Appreciated!

I have a Netopia 54Mbps Wireless USB adapter and bellsouth DSL extreme 6.0. I used to get FREAKING BREAKNECK DOWNLOAD SPEEDS OF almost 3 megaBYTES per second. However, recently, I had to reinstall the operating system for my computer. After I got the wireless card hooked up, it goes SLOW AS HECK giving me this crap of 200 kilobytes per second. It is that SAME adapter, SAME dsl service...WHY won't it give me the speeds it used to give me? the only thing different this time was I had to change the security settings (40bit) a little so it could connect to the modem (westell 32W) is this what is slowing me down or what? Also, there is no interference from other wireless devices.

Items: Netopia with 3D reach (54mbps) and a Westell 32W.
Before: transfer rate: 2.98 MB/s
Now: transfer rate: 200 KB/s

The only thing that's changed is the 40 bit security info in the wireless computer.

It seems that girls dont want to date a nice guy or a sensitive guy. They claim to though. "Why are all the good ones gay ?"
When they have a "nice" guy right in front of them they will turn him down. "I dont want to hurt you." Yes, but you will. Its the attitude of a "bad boy" that has them hooked. "My last boyfriend was such a jerk! But my new boyfriend is just like him, isin't it great !"
I believe that girls think they cant do any better then they guy who treats them badly. And when a guy comes along who has charm and grace and is sensitive and caring, he scares them off becasue they feel they dont deserve to be with him. So they both lose out.
Please can someone tell me if I am wrong or right ? I would prefer to be wrong. I am a nice guy.

I do wonder why it was dumped by the Crowned King and Head of the Church in England. I believe it was more politics then holiness that shaped the King James version and it's gone down hill from there as far as Bibles in English go.

My Mom and Dad seperated when I was 10 (now 28) and since then I've had a long distance relationship with him. I love him with all my heart and still look up to him. I only get to see him maybe once a year and his girlfriend is usually there during our visit. The girlfriend and I dont get along very well, due to the fact that I cant even have a beer with him and just enjoy some time together. She always comes up with some reason to take him away from our time together, like she doesnt feel good or something stupid like that. These kinds of things are bringing my dad and I apart. How do I tell my Dad that this really hurting and affecting me in an awful way?
