To stop terrorism in the world today, first let's examine who is doing all the killing. It's middle eastern young males who have been brainwashed in to believing that they get a special reward in heaven for murdering innocent "infidels" and Jews. The sect of Islam that teaches that is the wahabi sect. The wahabi sect leaders are not the ones who are strapping on the bombs. They are the power hungry leaders who want to control the world and they are using ignorant young middle eastern males to do their bidding. This radical Islam is now being taught to kids from birth so they grow up hating and wanting to kill westerners and Jews. This is all about world domination and control. It's no different from what Hitler was doing in Germany during the 20's, 30's and 40's. He was raising an entire generation of killers by teaching them hate in the schools because he wanted to conquer the world. Now, how to stop it? We need to go to the countries that teach this crap and take their governments out. We need to go to the terror cells and either kill them or imprison them. Third, we need to control media outlets who side with these radicals against the west just because they hate George W. Bush and because they are extremely liberal. This would not be an easy task and it would take years to accomplish. The very first thing I would control would be media followed by the killing of terror cell members. Then, I would work on the governments that support and teach this crap and give them the option to change and if they don't, take them out. Then, educate the people in these countries. Not all of Islams followers are bad, it's a small percentage but the fear of the radicals keeps the larger peaceful group from speaking out.
There will be alot of bloodshed to get this done so we need to have the stomach for it. If our media we have today would have been around in WWII, Hitler might have won with their help. They would have given him troop strengths and movements like they do to the terrorists today. That needs to stop.

Define terrorism. The minute men were consider terrorist by the British. I believe the Boston tea party could be construed as a terrorist act. Terrorism is in the eyes of the beholder(believer). There is a fine line between terrorism and patriotism, both serve God and country. The line is defined by whose country and whose God.
There is no removing terrorism as if it were a cancer. Removing the desire for revenge and gaining of power is part of the human condition.
The bottom line is the halfs and the halfnots (sic). The halfnots want their fair share or more than their fair share of the "pie".
Both the halfs and the halfnots use God and country to justify killing each other to obtain goods and power. The halfnots do not feel as if they have anything to lose, so individuals strap on bombs and blow themselves up along with other unfortunate Haves to advance the "cause". I am both repulsed and envious of this act. To willfully destroy one self believing so adamantly that death will better the present
moment/situation is admirable, thought provoking.
To choose to destroy other lives in the process to promote or obtain a better state of nirvana, a higher heaven is repulsive and self possessed.
I believe suicide bombers reek of hopelessness. A state of hopelessness instilled by those farther up the Rung of Power who requested this sacrefice to further the "cause". A child is now without a mother or father and a new terrorist is made.
A better question would be, "How do we unmake a terrorist?"

'Terrorism' is an easy money making 'Profession' these days, where with minimal 'IQ' & without any investment one can live a luxurious life (if alive) or atleast the family i.e. left behind will be taken care of by the Managers of the 'Institutions' from where they got their Qualifications. The managers are 'Fanatics' who are very rich (CAWARDS) & have nothing to loose as they are not directly involved in any act, the person carrying out the 'Plan' is the one who was 'Brain Washed' suffers.
