I means How much Time its take to read a Books of 1000 pages, of Typical Topics such as Java, C, C++, Physics, Chemistry ? Plz don't answers like a Jerk or coward, I wanna practical answers. Thanks in Advance.............

It depends on what it is and why I'm reading it. If it's assigned reading (ie. Introduction to sociolinguistics), I may be able to read half a chapter (30 pages in an hour), but if it's a leisure book (I hope they serve beer in hell by Tucker Max, How to Make friends with black people (humor) by Nick Adams) I can read the whole 270-300 pages in two or three hours.

take a stopwatch and read a page of the book. multiply the number of pages by the time you took to read the page. Topics like Java and C may require you to practice on a computer. I learned basic sql in 30 days from a book.
