My life parner and I have been together for over seven years now, and are very much in love. He is the most gentle, caring, honest man I have ever known. I knew going into this that his ex-wife was extremely hateful, cruel, vindictive verbally and physically abusive. How do you deal with someone who cannot act like an adult, and continuely calls me, hangs up and calls me racial slurs??? (There are also his children involved in this) and the phone calls are being made to my parnter's and I business so we cannot block her phone number.... Help please!!!!!

hello all. Im a martial artist and I workout at the gym often. I want to stay toned and keep my muscles hard and lean. My diet basically focuses on protein meals and fruits and vegetables. But still I do need to eat some carbs for my workout and to get energy not to mention I crave for some complex carbs too. Is it ok to eat white Rice? and what about eating bread because I love bread lol...im really confused some tell me they are not healthy to eat :(
